Ike Guerrero has attended numerous pro tryouts and college showcases and has several professional and college contacts, and stays up to date with the latest coaching strategies and philosophies. He draws on several years of instructions from the very best coaches and instructors. He knows what college coaches and pro scouts look for and want in a player. He has learned this through years of being evaluated and speaking with the best in the game. He gives his clients and players an inside look to evaluation and professional approach to training.
After high school and set to attend college to continue his playing career his family was struck by tragedy and he was forced to forgo his playing career and take on full time work. Never giving up on his dream he continued to work and train attending countless tryout after tryout. And along the way learning what it takes to make it to the next level, always told to spend one full season working out he would make the a team, but unable to practice full time because of responsibilities at home and unable to find proper training and opportunities because lack of knowledge of were to look and who to ask to get started.
In 2000 after learning and making the contacts that he has over the course of his journey he has allied himself with very best in the business from coaches to equipment companies and to the very best player procurement company, and set out to help others that were in his situation and to ensure that every ball player male or female who want the opportunity to reach the next level have that opportunity at an affordable price and that he would open the doors that for a long time were closed to him. His ability to build a ball player with such attention detail has earned the nick name "The Architect" he has gone from 1 client and a bucket of balls to over 550 clients across the country and the list continues to grow.
What started as a few football players that played baseball as well have turned into a full division that is dedicated to the speed, agility, power, reaction and qucikness that is required to play at the very highest level on the gridiron. The company has now trained hundreds of football players , With the same intesity and dedication to detail that had been given to the hardball players is given to the football players old school training with new school technology.
